Our seventh edition of the house hunting update is here! It has been a good few weeks since my last update but that’s because I only managed to get another house viewing last week. The market is still as fast-paced as usual so it’s been extra hard getting a house viewing. Let’s see how my latest house viewing went!
The House
On sale was a bungalow which was situated on a quiet, not-so-busy street. The house had a long drive, with the house entrance being located uphill and the garage being located at the bottom of the drive under the house. There was also a very spacious and roomy garden, with access to an old wooden shed (it looked quite worn).
As for the inside of the house, there was a small-sized bathroom and kitchen but with 4 very big rooms, including the lounge, hallway and two bedrooms. Alongside the house, there was also access to a conservatory giving you access to the garden.
The Viewing
For once, I decided it would be a good time to attend the viewing myself. The viewing was booked on a Saturday which made it ideal for me since I worked during the week. We set off to the house on a sunny Saturday afternoon to make our way down to the house for the viewing.
Although, when I arrived, it didn’t take long to see how inaccessible and unsuitable the home was. The small bathroom and kitchen were indeed small, so small in fact, I probably wouldn’t have been able to move anywhere in those rooms!
