Another Property!
Another day another property hunt update! The latest property came up early last week so I was quick to get in when I saw it. I had this viewing towards the end of next week and was overly optimistic about this one. The price was a steal and the local was quite ideal, I was looking forward to seeing what this had to offer.
Viewing
Lovely Front Garden
On arrival, the street looked quiet and calming with a cul de sac towards the end of the road. The property had a very clean, green garden with many plants on offer. As for the drive, there was plenty of room for a car but could be made bigger by sacrificing the nicely presented green garden.
Inside
Inside the property, there was a good amount of space in the bathroom but was fairly tight throughout the property in terms of wheelchair accessibility. The home was pretty outdated, meaning plenty of work would need to be done to this property, alongside any adaptions. The walls made any alterations especially difficult due to them being supporting walls.
Spacious Garden
My favourite aspect of this house was the spacious garden which came with plenty of patio space and a nice-sized shed. I do think much older bungalows tend to come with an attractive-sized garden, which is great for how small gardens can be these days.
Not The One
Despite the price is very attractive and the location fairly quiet, the property wasn’t suitable for my needs. It can take a lot of effort and time searching for a suitable home for a disabled person like me but the right property will turn up eventually.
